The delegation of All-National Social-Democratic Party took part in the OSCE’s Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM) in Warsaw.
The main objective of the party representatives on this trip was to voice the opinion of the only political party of the democratic forces that participated in the parliamentary elections this year, concerning the complex of issues connected to the electoral campaign.
Apart from the speeches on plenary sessions and side-events of the conference, a series of meetings were held, including those with the delegation of the OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights led by Ambassador Christian Strohal, official delegation of the United States led by Ambassador Richard Williamson and Assistant Secretary of State Jonathan Farrar, head of the OSCE election observation mission Lubomir Kopaj and other representatives of international organizations.
In the course of meetings, the ANSDP representatives shared their vision of the election campaign and post-electoral developments, delivered the party’s political and legal review of the elections, outcomes of the result protocols analysis and evaluation of the OSCE mission’s preliminary report. During the meetings, the parties agreed that all violations are to be reflected in the final report and overall estimation of the elections.
Representatives of the Kazakhstani NGOs, human rights activists, journalists, well-known Kazakh film director Rachid Nougmanov and representatives of the unregistered parties “Alga” and “Atameken” also took active part in the work of HDIM.
